Team Building Workshop(s)
- Focusing on the Five Dysfunctions of a Team…in order to build better teamwork
Need:
It is very clear that teamwork is the new form of organization. Not all teams have the skills and ‘know-how’ to perform at a high level, even though composed of very talented and motivated individuals. Great teams don’t happen by accident. It takes great care to ensure that the team includes the right mix of talent and concerted effort so that the team members leverage their strengths to complement one another to produce superior results. The graph by McKinsey provides an understanding of the issue:
The Agile Organization — Teams and Teamwork…the key to success
… teamwork is the new, evolving dominant Organizational Structure (McKinsey-2018)
