  • Identify objectives/Results
  • Information gathering/Assessment –confidential interviews with boss and peers—a variety of psychological tests are used to assist us in the process;
    • Our psychologists traditionally use the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series to understand the leaders’ behavior and their impact in terms of motivations, day-to-day observable practices and potential de-railers. 
  • Feedback and development plan…tailored with the individual—reviewed with manager;
  • Implemented…a Coaching and Development plan…periodic reviews and progress measured
  • Assess results-Progress—review with designated superior(s)
